3 hour Sports Teams fitness assessment involves 11 drills that provide
a sport team of 10 athletes or more a clear indication of the team
current fitness level. The results of each individual athlete can
prove very valuable in fine tuning the exercise prescription for a
program designed just for the athlete or the sport team according
to each one's own strengths and weaknesses. The formation of goals
will also be established. By establishing goals for yourself and designing
the best route to achieve these goals, you will be making a large
